Premier Ford Delivers Christmas Greetings

Premier Doug Ford issued the following statement on Christmas:
“Christmas is a time to focus on what matters most, and to reflect on our many blessings.

As we face the challenges of the new Omicron variant, I encourage everyone to celebrate safely this holiday. Please do your part by closely following public health guidelines, and signing up to get a booster shot as soon as you are eligible to do so. These are the best things you can do as we work to push this variant back and keep Ontarians safe through the holiday season and beyond.
To everyone who has opened their hearts and volunteered or donated to help the less fortunate this season, I thank you for your generosity and Christmas spirit.
I would also like to take a moment to thank our brave men and women in uniform for keeping us safe today and all year long and our dedicated health care workers who continue to take care of us when we need it most.
Finally, to those who have answered our call to arms and are volunteering their time helping deliver vaccines to people across the province, I want to share my heartfelt gratitude. Your selflessness and dedication show the best of the true Ontario spirit.
From my family to yours, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays”
