1 slab of feta, crumbled
1 clove of garlic
1 green onion, chopped
4 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed
2 large roasted red pepper, peeled & de-seeded
1 roasted jalapeno pepper, de-seeded & chopped
extra-virgin olive oil
- In food processor, combine cheese, oil, garlic, green onions, tomatoes and red peppers.
- Blend well to form a nice smooth paste.
- Slowly add olive oil, bit by bit. If it;s too thick, add some more
- Serve with pita bread, crackers or crusty bread.
